Racing thoughts and uncomfortable emotions? We become reactive, our body tense and mind searching for who to blame. As a professional rock climber and life coach, Blake Cason, was drawn to climbing because it was where her habitually anxious mind slowed to meet the present. Many years later, however, Blake was faced with her fast-thinking, reactive mind while high in Argentinian mountains. Learn her strategy for slowing down to invite more presence into every aspect of life.

Blake Cason, MS, ICF Professional Life Coach
Speaker, facilitator, coach, lover of adventure, Blake Cason is a lot of joy and energy in one human. From Africa to the Utah mountains, she approaches health and wellness with curiosity and skillfulness. As a professional coach, Blake is committed to bringing evidence-based tools and resources to individuals and teams of individuals. As a professional rock climber, she brings an intentional cross-section of her pursuit of wellness and challenge, always learning from the ‘school of hard rock.’
